We’re proud of our cheese

We make a wide range of cow and goat’s milk cheese here at Binnorie Dairy. Most of the cheese are young, soft, fresh cheeses (that’s a style), but we also make very popular single and triple cream bries and washed rind. Many of you will know us for our award-winning marinated feta – that’s it being made in the picture above.

You’ll find lots to tempt you in our cheese cabinet and we can’t wait for you to come in and taste them all.

There’s the flagship, gold-medal, award-winning marinated feta; our swoon-worthy triple cream brie; and creamy labna (so squishable).

If you are a goat’s cheese lover, you’re spoilt for choice. Select from Buche de chèvre, our vine-ash goat cheese log; spreadable chevre with dill; or plain, unadorned chèvre that works just as beautifully in baked tarts as it does in salad.

Don’t forget our washed rind cheese, a soft surface-ripened white mould cheese that exhibits a characteristic orange rind. It’s guaranteed to elicit greedy compliments every time you serve it.
